FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before bringing your device in for repair.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the device and the repair. Many common repairs can be same-day; more involved work (motherboard-level faults, water damage, data recovery) can take longer. You'll get an estimated turnaround as part of your quote.
Do I need an appointment?
You're welcome to bring your device in, or book ahead via WhatsApp or our quote tool so we know to expect you and can prepare.
Do you offer courier repairs?
Yes - if you can't get to us in person, we support courier drop-off and return for your device.
Where are you located?
70 Cassandra Ave, Bedworth Park, Vereeniging, 1939, Gauteng. We serve Vereeniging and the greater Vaal, Gauteng area.
How much will my repair cost?
It depends on your device and the problem. Use our Repair Pricing tool for an instant price where we have one set, or request a personalised quote and we'll confirm a price after a quick look at your device.
Is there a fee if I decide not to repair?
Diagnosis is free if you go ahead with the repair. If you only want an assessment and decide not to repair, a R 200 assessment fee applies.
What payment methods do you accept?
Contact us and we'll confirm the payment options available for your order.
Do you use quality parts?
We use genuine Apple parts for Apple devices. For other brands, we use high-quality OEM-grade parts when an original part isn't available. Every repair is tested before it's returned to you.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes - every repair carries a 3-month warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by customer negligence after the device is returned.
Will repairing my device affect its manufacturer warranty?
Third-party repairs can affect a manufacturer's warranty in some cases. If your device is still within its original warranty period, it's worth checking with the manufacturer first.
What warranty comes with a pre-owned phone I buy from you?
Every pre-owned phone we sell carries a 6-month warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by customer negligence after the device is returned.
Is my data safe during a repair?
We only access what's needed to test the repaired function on your device. We recommend backing up your data beforehand as a general precaution, especially for software or data recovery work.
